Why it fits

Giving to an animal rescue is driven by one animal at a time, and the people who give are the people who saw the photo. A campaign can be opened for a single case rather than run forever as one general fund.

What it costs, and what we check

MrsTubs does not have one price for a church and another for a shelter. There is one and it covers every organization on this site.

If an organization certifies it is a 501(c)(3), a MrsTubs administrator reviews that certification against its EIN and IRS records before the organization is marked verified. Until that review clears, its receipts tell donors the gift is not tax-deductible. We check what we were given on the day we checked it, we do not monitor afterwards, and we check nothing else about any organization here.
